Herve Solignac Lecomte is a co-founder of Urbatis.
Hervé is a Finance Expert with over 20 years’ experience in both Public & Private Sector Banking within the HSBC Group (from local authorities to Sovereigns, from SMEs to Multinationals). Hervé is responsible for Finance, business development and urban innovation for Urbatis.
In his career, Hervé developed new products and generated business growth in a variety of contexts e.g. within a cross-border Payment Fintech or across a Global Bank’s matrix, leading the transformation of HSBC’s Trade & Supply Chain Finance business. Lately, he has focused on impact investment services and in the context of Urbatis, he developed an expertise in assessing social and environmental impacts alongside financial returns for urban projects. Hervé has an MBA from the U. of San Francisco.
Model & Artificial intelligence
With over 15 years entrepreneurship experience, Manuel is in charge of building and developing the Urbatis AI platform. His areas of expertise include Socio-economic & Financial Valuation, Decision Support Methods & Societal Simulation, Digital Twins, Deep Tech and AI.
Manuel is also the founder and CEO of Insight Signals, a company focusing on Societal Simulation and Decision Intelligence. Previously Manuel founded an IOT software company, sold to the Econocom group in 2012. From 2000 to 2004 he was the CEO of Orange Business Services in Japan and previously an international strategy consultant with Booz-Allen & Hamilton. Manuel is an INSEAD MBA graduate.
